We're pleased to offer our low maintenance P spindle size, belt drive rotation head, as a replacement for commonly used exploration core drills. Our design has a proven track record, outperforming larger, more complex gear drive heads. The Hydracore design provides lower operating costs, because it has no gears, oil lubrication, or chuck release cylinder, with internal cylinders. Power is transmitted to the head by a durable carbon fiber belt, that's rated at 500hp input. All of these factors are important when operating in remote, difficult access exploration areas.
