The sale of houses in Hyderabad has recorded a huge growth. Sales in the Telangana capital have grown by 87 per cent this year to 47,487 units. 25,406 units sold in 2021.
Among the new projects, Hyderabad and MMR are at the top.
According to Anarac, houses constructed through new projects in seven major cities will reach 3,57,600 units in 2022. 2,36,700 units registered in 2021, up 51 percent this year. Among these cities, Hyderabad and MMR have seen the majority of new residential units. Anarac Group Chairman Anuj Puri said that 2022 has been a good year for residential real estate despite the problems of rising property prices, high interest rates and geopolitical tensions.
