HYDERABAD: The #hyderabad Metropolitan #development Authority (HMDA) earned 116 crore revenue through sale of open plots in Bachupally in Medchal Malkajgiri district for which an e-auction was conducted on March 2 and 3.
While 80 crore was fetched by selling 50 plots on Thursday, another 23 plots were sold on Friday, earning HMDA 35 crore totaling 116 crore.
"The average upset price for each square yard was 25,000 per square yard. We got the highest of 268,000 per square yard for a plot in Bachupally,' officials said.
