2 年Abhijit Thank you for sharing. Some thoughts 1. I guess leaving each team to decide their hybrid working, could be destabilising initially - with those in the team who are not happy with the arrangement - using it to compare to other teams. 2. Initially starting with some options will help - I read about India Nippon MF in Forbes 8 March - "The office is open four days a week, and employees come in any three days while Fridays are work from home (WFH)." 3. Some measures on ensuring meeting / email don't spill over will help - Boston Consulting Group (BCG) apparently has an pop up when leaders attempt to send email after office hours. "You are trying to send an email to BCG users outside normal office hours. Please choose one of the following options: a) Mark email as a low priority; b) Defer sending until next business day; c) Send email as is; or d) Cancel." 4. This is insightful from the Microsoft report - shows leaders need to communicate better - from Indian Express dt. 20 March - "Over 62 percent of business leaders in India fear productivity has been negatively impacted since the shift to remote or hybrid work, while 85 percent of workers say they are as productive or even more productive compared to a year ago."

2 年Abhijit Bhaduri thank you for sharing. Teams and individuals to take the call on how they would like to plan their Hybrid setup is right way forward. When all of us didn’t have a choice but to work from home irrespective of whether we had the means to do that or not -we started, struggled and stabilised, now it is time to think it is been 2 years since this set up and people may have found out their productive spot working at home and we may need to rely on individuals to decide where and how they will be productive again in the new normal. In that perspective If visiting office and team once a month/Quarter/week makes that journey smooth then I think we have the answer!
