The Hybrid Approach: Best of Both Worlds

This has been a fun series to write. As we wind down, here are my final thoughts on why a hybrid approach is sometimes just what you need.

At Nadine- Claire , we sometimes find that the most effective solution is to balance generalists and specialists within their teams:

  • Generalists: Focus on managing the overall marketing strategy and executing day-to-day tasks across multiple channels.
  • Specialists: Handle complex, high-stakes projects that require deep technical expertise.

For example, my assistant (a generalist) might oversee a brand’s social media presence, while I (a specialist) focuses on optimizing paid social campaigns to maximize ROI.

If you are in between growth. Why not work with both?
