A proposal project to redevelop the Hyatt Hotel in downtown Miami Florida is moving forward.??The current Hyatt hotel and convention center at 400 SE 2nd?Ave will be redeveloped.?The new $1.7 billion project known as Riverbridge will include three towers with the tallest at 95 stories and 1,049 feet.?There will be 1,806 apartments, a 615 guestroom Hyatt Regency Hotel and 190,000 square feet of meeting space.?Project partners include:?Gencom, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and Arquitectonica.??
