This is certainly a busy week of networking for our industry, with the 46th Annual NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference (#NYUIHIF24) underway in Times Square (drawing record attendance and sponsorship), to be followed by the 2024 Boutique Hotel Investment Conference by the BLLA - Boutique & Luxury Lodging Association across town at the Florence Guild Hall. I enjoyed participating in the NYU conference’s opening data panel and sharing our insights on cap rates, discount rates, and key opportunities for owners.
