HV SYSTEM – DIN EN 14399 – PART 4

PECOL assemblies (bolt, nut and washer) which are according with the HV system (DIN EN 14399), being structural elements, must be according to the most rigid and tight security standards required by the competent authorities.

To ensure their quality and parameterization, PECOL have serial numbers for each batch of tested sets in order to always ensure their quality and compliance with required standards. This serial number lets know the test results carried out in certain set and ensure the transparency of PECOL towards their customers.

On the HV system, are available sets with screws diameters ranging from M12 to M24, for grade 10.9. In the beginning of 2020 PECOL will augment the diameter its available range to bigger dimensions. To know more contact us.

To have access to this sets according to DIN EN 14399, the customer has, necessarily, make reference to standard request. On the other hand, the tests are carried out together, for the customer has a certificate product must acquire the full set.

Either in the screw head, but also in other products together, it is mandatory to have entered the manufacturer's name, the system with which they are in agreement and the product class.
