HUSTEF - behind the scenes series

It's been a while I have written an update about HUSTEF's organizing team's every days. This part of the year is always pretty busy. We meet once or twice a week to discuss whatever we need to discuss. On the top of that we have a few calls each week to sort out urgent matters. We need to sort out quite a few fundamental things like:

• send out the Call for proposal
• reach out to our network and make sure our Call for proposal reaches as many as possible
• select our Keynotes
• set up the review panel who will do the submission reviews later
• sort out some logistics like piloting our new conference mobile app
• start reviewing the incoming submissions so we have time to ask for updates in case of need
• start advertising the event
• have initial discussions with our future sponsors and companies that usually send a lot of attendees

However this is still a kind of warm-up period for us as the next period after the submission deadline will be even more busy.
