If I Was the Mayor I would make a big goal - how can we see at least 100,000 middle class New York City residents become homeowners a year? Why does Atlanta sell 100,000 homes a year, Phoenix has 80,000 and we never get over 40,000? What if the process has a tragic flaw? I’d like to talk about how New York City’s real estate market suffers due to the interference of the ?? slow contract process.

3 年While some lawyers undoubtedly drag things out, with the prices in today's market, there is significant potential for a malpractice claim against a lawyer who doesn't carefully review the contract. Any problem, the 1st thing a judge will ask is " What does the CONTRACT say?
