HURRY UP PEOPLE! Or you lose them!!

Hello all you people that are part of the hiring process. This means recruiters, HR, hiring managers, etc.

The number one reason I lose placements is because clients are being slow. My candidates are called for a second interview or even an offer a few weeks after a first interview and a candidate already has a new job, moved, maybe even gotten married and had children.

This kills productivity (so many people spending time on nothing), kills reputations (all of use look like fools if things take so long) and can result in an inefficient workforce as companies end up hiring whomever crosses their desk when they get desperate enough.

Oh, and recruiters don't get paid...just a bit from me.

So...get on it people!
