Hurricane Harvey - CSL Major Incident Response
The CSL Office in Houston is open and our experienced team of marine surveyors and survey co-ordinators in both Houston and New Orleans are available to assist clients with their survey needs following the impacts of Hurricane Harvey. Our survey team consists of 3 staff surveyors and 1 survey co-ordinator in each office location who will be working closely together to provide support to our clients where it is needed.
Whilst survey requests can also be notified to any regional or local CSL office (please see www.cslglobal.com for a full list of offices and contacts), we will be coordinating our Hurricane Response through our New York Office; contact details as follows:

Experience gained from our response to previous major incidents has consistently highlighted the importance of streamlined reporting and co-ordinated document collection in order to effectively handle the majority of losses. We are available to discuss our clients’ portfolio servicing needs to agree a service methodology that focuses on key priorities and, as far as reasonably possible, facilitates the most effective and efficient response to support our clients’ own response strategies.
