Hurray! It’s Christmas??

Can you believe it is the end of the year already? Where has 2022 gone?

During December I am huge on reflecting on the year I’ve had. Lots of wins and thankfully not so many losses!

However, what I have taken away from the year is that there is always time to improve or learn new skills. I often speak to engineers about developing their skills and I’ve had great feedback on the following: if you want to improve your analytical skills, there's no better way to do that than solving problems.

If you plan on taking the Christmas time to relax and do a little bit of light reading check out some of these forums/Newsletters that will keep you updated on some changes in the tech world (Especially if you’re breaking into tech ??)

This year has shown me that there is never a wrong time to push yourself! I know I sure will be continuing to do so…
