Everyones getting excited about the Defra consultation 'measures to reduce personal water use

well not everyone but all us water geeks. However before you get to excited, here's a reminder of Future Water document from 2008, and now it is the future you might want to look at how we have all done in delivering the actions

and my conclusion is please reply to the consultation, but remember Governments don't often deliver much of what is in these action plans and its up to all of us to keep pushing them and to do our bit to deliver the stuff too

A more pressing need is to understand why PPC is currently rising. If that can't be understood then how is a reduction ever going to be realised
