In National Review, John Shu and I argue that the indictment yesterday means that Hunter Biden will almost certainly take the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination before the House oversight committee. His gambit: seeking immunity from the House in exchange for providing testimony that would assist its impeachment investigation.
