We're On the Hunt for Hospital Net Revenue Professionals with Crowe/Kodiak RCA Experience!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and calculation for the valuation of accounts receivable within the Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) tool, including actual, budgeted, and projected amounts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain systems related to the calculation of third-party reimbursement.
• Perform the calculations of accounts receivable valuation in Crowe RCA, and evaluate monthly settlements of third-party reimbursement.
• File annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments and ministries within the region on net revenue management activities.
• Provide analysis, monitoring, and reporting of net revenues.
• Assist in maintaining the RCA software tool used for net revenue purposes.
• Address the highly complex, regulated, and evolving environment of government & commercial reimbursement, including an understanding of compliance to federal and state requirements, such as GAAP.
• Assist in community benefit and tax reporting requirements, including annual surveys.
