Baccanale is Ringv?gen's latest hit. It's open for lunch on Mondays, making it perfect for a business lunch when everything else is shut. Rustic, seasonal Swedish ingredients are complemented by southern European flavours. There's even a wood-fired oven in the centre of the restaurant—a surefire hit!
Pelago , wildly anticipated, is finally open and gigantic. It's got the best view over Stockholm and a colossal grill serving dishes inspired by sunnier climes meat, vegetables and fish in focus. There are no table bookings, so it's just to turn up, and after-work drinks can start early on Fridays from 12.00!
Dedes Kebab , in Skanstull (they have 7 locations), is perfect for a sunny lunch in the park with a colleague. Take the 'Kebabrulle'; they marinate their beef chuck kebab and bake fresh bread. Plenty of meat and not too much sauce means your top will survive the lunch.

Rosemary grilled lamb chops. Red onion and little gem salad. Grilled asparagus with lemon.
Rosemary grilled lamb chops recipe:
Take 16 lamb chops, season with salt and pepper, add 1 tsp of crushed coriander seeds and add to a plastic zip-lock bag. Take a whole fresh rosemary plant, one of those supermarket ones and add it to the lamb with a few glugs of olive oil. Squidge it around, massage the meat and leave it on the side for an hour. Prepare the BBQ for both direct and indirect heat. Take the chops out of the bag, let the extra marinade drip off; grill, turning them to get nice and charred, then move them to the indirect area and check the temperature, with a thermometer to around 52 degrees Celsius – medium/rare. Transfer to a big dish and season with some salt and splashes of red wine vinegar. Smaklig m?ltid.
