Hungry all the time? Probably not eating enough protein
Protein takes longer for your body to digest, so when you eat enough protein throughout the day, you will NOT be hungry! It also slows down the digestion of GOOD complex carbs so your Glucagon sustains your energy! (DO NOT eat simple carbs sugars, grains, breads or you will spike your insulin making you hungry and STORE FAT)!!
- THE TIP: Stick to healthy and delicious protein-packed meals and snacks, include lots of fiber filled veggies to keep the hunger monster away :) AND remember PROTEIN is the building blocks of every bodily function!!
