• INVESTING INTO REALESTATE FUND: Earlier this month (1st November 2024) the Hungarian government approved and issued the license to its first realestate development and investment fund, with competitive investment option in authorized real estate funds starting at EUR 250,000 this option suits the investors who want exposure to the country’s real estate market but are not looking to acquire property.
• INVESTING INTO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES: Starting at EUR 500,000 Hungary’s competitive property prices will make this option extremely attractive investment opportunity, stamp duty for properties under EUR 2.6 million is at 4% anything exceeding is at 2%. This option will be availbe from 1st of January 2025.
• DONATION: EUR 1,000,000 or more to an institute of higher learning that is managed by a public interest trust foundation.

WHO CAN BE INCLUDED

Main applicant can include his/her spouse, dependent children under 18, and parents that are fully financially dependent on the main applicant or the spouse.
