A HUNDRED YEARS FROM NOW 2121
We will all be with our relatives and friends underground, and our eternal destiny will have become crystal clear before our eyes. Strangers will inhabit our homes.
Our business will be done, and other people will own our property. They will not remember anything about us.
How often does your grandfather come to your mind?
We will undoubtedly be just a line in some people's memory. Our names and titles will be forgotten.
With this forgetfulness in mind, why do we long to think about people's views of us and the future of our property, homes, and families? All this is of no use or benefit after a hundred years.
Our existence is but a flash in the life of the universe, which will collapse and expire in the blink of an eye.
Dozens of generations will come after us. Each generation hastily bid farewell to the world and hand over the flag to the next generation before achieving a quarter of its dreams.
Let us then know our proper size in this world and our actual time in this universe, which is smaller than we imagine.
There, after a hundred years and amid darkness and stillness, we will realize how little the world was. How silly our dreams were to increase them.
We will wish that we spent all our lives in the intentions of things and collecting good deeds.
Some of us will cry for help
useless....
As God Almighty said:
(When death comes to one of them, he cries, 'My Lord, let me return so as to make amends for the things I neglected.' Never! This will not go beyond his words: a barrier stands behind such people until the very Day they are resurrected.)
