HUMILITY; A genuine understanding of Legacy over Currency!!

As many of you may not know, legacy is something that’s incredibly important to me, and I believe that having humility is a core component of building a lasting legacy and positive reputation. It is an interesting balance between not caring what others think in terms of who you are, versus wanting to leave a beautiful feeling in the hearts of every human you touch! Go out of your way to find humility when things are going right and forgiveness/compassion when they go wrong. Because it’s never as good or as bad as it looks.

The world is big and complex. Luck and risk are both real and hard to identify. When judging both yourself and others, respect the power of luck and risk and you’ll have a better chance of focusing on things you can actually control.

Indeed, humility, vulnerability, and empathy are traits of great leaders & human beings. And they aren't a sign of weakness, as is commonly assumed. In reality, these are signs of strength and self-confidence. One of my favorite quotes: "don't mistake my kindness for weakness". Humility is more than reading "Humility is the New Smart" as well. Its saying hey I might be 'the leader' but I want smarter people than me in the room because I cant, and shouldn't, know it all. I will lead and support and build relationships while the smart people get shit done ;)

It is impossible to survive without an ego. The important thing is how you use that ego in the right way and create a legacy. Just like having the right attitude is important, similarly, having the right ego is important too.I wish more people have this type of thinking in business.Humility is the breeding ground for greatness.

And for me; Humility over ego. All day every day.

Sure, many can be “successful” in terms of money and achievements, but how successful are you really if you’re leading with ego and the people who know you the best think that you’re the worst?. The journey to the achievement of our goals and the fulfillment of our legacy is the body of work and extraordinary relationships cultivated that provided every piece of success over time.

One of the most rewarding achievements is the development of an enviable character. With such possession, one is enshrined in a sound generational place that your successors can continue to develop to improve society. To start the process, simply value others with respect and care. Such action does not prevent you from being an outstanding businessperson. It means you must operate with dignity.

People who reach a high level of awareness, and a low level of ego will only understand the value of leaving a legacy...Being people oriented rather than self oriented is one of the traits of a leader seeking to leave a legacy...It is not anymore about the "I" it is more about the "WE".

When we talk about success; A lot of people out there are fighting and competing just for power... They are happy with their fat bank accounts, but most of them are still looking for more, wanting more... They can not have enough... They feel unfulfilled...

We live in a world where we are interacting daily with people around us... The only full fulfillment we will have is when we feel we are giving back... Leaving a legacy for others to learn from is the biggest signature of humility... Is going out of our selfish ways to make a difference...My friends, It is never too late to be the leader you wish to be... Take the first step towards a personal transformation and you will see opportunities start coming your way...
