Humans are sensitive by nature.
Embracing change and allowing yourself to find peace with the situation is always healthier than forcing a solution that won't last. For instance, when a relationship ends, it is better to accept the situation and move on rather than trying to fix it and hoping it will work out. This is similar to a plant struggling to grow in a pot too small for it. No matter how much you water and nurture it, it will never reach its full potential unless you provide it with the space it needs.
Humans are sensitive by nature. That's what makes them human. We often take for granted the power of understanding and compassion that this sensitivity brings us. It is this sensitivity that allows us to feel connected to others and to empathize with their feelings and experiences. It is also this sensitivity that allows us to recognize and appreciate beauty in the world around us and to appreciate the kindness of others. For example, when someone does a small act of kindness for us, our sensitivity allows us to appreciate it and be grateful for it, even if it is something small. This sensitivity is like a finely tuned instrument that has the ability to pick up even the faintest of vibrations. With this instrument, we are able to pick up on the nuances of others’ emotions, understand their experiences and recognize beauty even in the smallest of moments.
This sensitivity is invaluable because it allows us to feel connected to each other and the world around us. Being able to appreciate the small moments in life can bring us joy, even in the midst of challenging times.
