Meet Abhishek Nair our Media Strategist, who is a passionate musician and storyteller and also happens to be the man behind the strategy on The Hub Bengaluru Instagram page. ???

Before joining The Hub, Abhi started work in many creative fields as a freelance copywriter in Mumbai before joining Pink Lemonade as a Social Media Strategist where he drove and managed various Digital Marketing projects across multiple platforms for their clients for a year. While passionate about strategy, content, and the visual arts, he realized that he wanted to work with brands that matched his energy. After leaving his corporate stint in 2020, The Hub came into the picture. ??

We asked him a few interesting questions and here’s what he has to say ??

?? Your Journey at The Hub?

? I started in August 2021, as a Content Strategist Intern at The Hub where my role was to work on influencer management, structuring shoots, and proceeding content for one of our clients, Blend For Food (a startup that leverages community and renders a seamless experience to food consumers) and now I am a Media Strategist for The Hub where I ideate and strategize the content pieces that go out on the page and I also manage The Pups of Hub Instagram!?

?? What are your interests?

? I am a musician by heart, a songwriter, and a storyteller through the art of performance.?

?? What’s your life mission?

? I want to make 1 million people laugh at my jokes and sing my songs before I turn 60.?

?? What else do you enjoy doing?

?My favorite thing to do in this world is share stories of my experiences and my friends and family in the music I write. I also have a deep appreciation for theatre and the performing arts.?I have now ventured into the podcast game with Rohit Agarwala, the Founder of Barely Opinionated - where we have some interesting conversations on the most unusual, funny, and deep thoughts that run in our minds on our podcast "Faadu Boys Represent." Currently, we have released 5 episodes and it's so much fun and stimulating!?

?? Where do you get your inspiration from?

? My days start early with a new music album every morning. The lessons I learn from what these artists play and sing about are invaluable! More than the lessons and clarity it provides, the discipline to get through an entire album every morning and pay close attention to every note is the most important factor in getting my inspiration! When I combine what I learn at The Hub and my passion for music, I have the formula and strategy to write hit songs! That to me is a success.?
