First meeting with a prospective client usually gives rise to thoughts of a presentation, corporate 'gyaan', 'selling' and comparisons with other firms, et al!
Our recent meeting with one such client was on a different tune altogether wherein we had an intense, interesting and energizing conversation - for both sides- for over 2 hours.
At our next meeting, it was refreshing to hear the client say, quote "our first meeting was so different that it never felt like it was a client-vendor meet but a conversation between like minded individuals" unquote!
No presentation, no sales pitch, no hard-sell, just a genuine conversation between people who built rapport and relationship!
Validated our belief that the right proposition should be at the core of what we at HeRitAGE try to deliver. Exactly as the best cookery books or shows tell us “add the salt as per taste”.
What excites us and our clients is the entire process of ‘finding the why’ and then planning the project and interventions around this.
