HUMANKIND

Dan Mace, an award winning South African film maker, just released a new video that embody's the message being promoted by many individuals on LinkedIn of which we are all a part of. As Dan Mace states in his video, "Imagine a world that is one!" He also mentions, "Now ask yourself. Who am I? What are you going to do with this to make change?"

Dan Mace came up with the idea for this video all on his own, literally on a whim. Amazing work please watch it when you have a chance. I highly recommend it. The movement in LinkedIn, largely spearheaded by a number of individuals we all know and love, started a change to help those of us looking for employment or already working, to experience human kindness on the part of leaders and our own co-workers.

Please reference these special people as much as you can to keep the fire burning for this change. All of these unique individuals, in their own way are making a significant difference.

Compared to many of these individuals, I am still somewhat new, but I have just started. Have you?
