In the short term Conversational AI will relieve burden on call centers, Claims Adjusters and Underwriters all while improving the customer experience. Can't beat that.

We never met up at one of the puppy lounges ?? but it was great to see you outside the Insuretech on Tap event on Tuesday. The conference was the best yet for me personally, and seemed to be so for the many vendors I talked to on Thursday. I heard no negative comments - a first for me when talking to vendors at #insurance conferences!
