Pakistan's digital landscape is transforming rapidly. Internet penetration exceeds 70%, mobile phone subscriptions surpass 190 million, and e-commerce flourishes. This translates into increased data generation across industries, from banking and finance to retail and manufacturing.

However, challenges persist. Limited data literacy, infrastructure gaps, and cybersecurity concerns hamper the best data use. Moreover, organizations often focus on technological aspects of BI implementation, neglecting the human dimension. This is where my research becomes relevant.
