Humanity Cancelled...?

Humanity is canceling itself…? Like FaceBook cancels freedom of speech randomly and thrashes privacy by profiling people and organizations… And rioters are canceling humanity at will, and Wuhanvirus reducing the global existence… And the political pugilism cancels the democratic foundation of nations around the world. Humanity seems to be canceling itself forevermore… How life as we know, transmogrification, will deconstruct human civilization into a wild, brutal Homosapien jungle…? The course is set, it appears, and the wrecking evolution of canceling is picking up steam… Not good.

Japanese PM Shinzo Abe announces he will be stepping down soon while Xi Jinping may be purged by the CCP dissatisfaction and angry and frightened Chinese people. China is facing multifaceted devastations and CCP’s foundation may be irreversibly cracked. Now all blames are targeted to Xi Jumping’s mismanagement. Meanwhile, Trump-Biden presidential race is fortifying for a brutal engagement as the Kenosha, Minneapolis, NYC, LA, SF, Seattle, Portland… are self-destructing by the demonstrators and armed citizens. The police hands are tied by the pandering politicians and become observers rather than securing the city and people… Not good.

‘SMS’ Highlights of the week of 2020 (August 23 – August 29, 2020) 

1.   Riots Against Humanity.    Chicago Tribune Fledgling militia group put out a call to arms in Kenosha and 5,000 people responded. Now it is banned from Facebook after fatal shootings during protests. Again, demonstrators revisit the site where a protester was killed on August 26, 2020, in Kenosha, Wisconsin. And, on August 25, 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse shot and killed two demonstrators. As the city declared a state of emergency curfew, the fourth night of civil unrest occurred after the shooting of Jacob Blake, 29, on August 23. The video showed Blake was shot multiple times in the back by Wisconsin police officers while attempting to enter the vehicle. Now, many believe the government can’t protect its citizen and people are relying on the Second Amendment. That is not how Facebook sees it and the media giant has taken down the Kenosha Guard’s page for violating its “dangerous organization policy.” The FB account was removed without notice and banned from Facebook for life in connection with the policy, which prohibits organizations or individuals that declare a violent mission or are engaged in violence.  Hmmmm. This sounds like what CCP is doing in Hong Kong and in China... Well, a short time ago, militia-style groups patrolled the streets of Minneapolis in the weeks after Floyd died. In Albuquerque, a person was shot and seriously wounded in June during a clash between protesters and a group called the New Mexico Civil Guard. Now many people are saying “We’re at war, we’re being invaded.”  Humanity at peril… 

2. “Law and Order” Call.   Vice President Pence makes the case for Trump as ‘law and order’ president while Blake shooting continues to reverberate during the Aug. 26 Republican National Convention. Pence, the headliner of the night, took the lead in painting Trump as projecting leadership abroad and overseeing a strong domestic economy before it was battered by the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic. And in one of the night's sharpest attacks against Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, Pence warned: "You won't be safe in Joe Biden's America." Most RNC speakers focused on portraying the president as a defender of police, soldiers, medical personnel, and small-business workers while depicting Democrats as their enemies. And, Republicans portrayed the protests, which have included looting and violence, as a dire threat to the country. And they accused Democratic officials in cities across the country of failing to restore order. “From Seattle and Portland to Washington and New York, Democrat-run cities across this country are being overrun by violent mobs,” said South Dakota Gov. Kristi L. Noem. While the unfolding turmoil in the country, both the aftermath of the Kenosha shooting and Hurricane Laura barreling toward the Gulf Coast, pandemic atrocity did little to alter the convention programming. There will be riots regardless of who wins in November... Is politic an impetus for canceling humanity? Are we on an irreversible course of destruction…? What say ye? 

3. China Belt and Road Flooded.   The Xi’s OBOR is dead…? The Belt and Road Initiative, formerly known as One Belt One Road (一带一路) or OBOR for short, is a global infrastructure development strategy adopted by the Chinese government in 2013 to invest in nearly 70 countries and international organizations. And it is considered a centerpiece of Chinese Communist Party general secretary Xi Jinping's foreign policy. "Belt" refers to the overland routes for road and rail transportation, called "the Silk Road Economic Belt"; whereas "road" refers to the sea routes. Well OBOR may be rapidly unraveling. China Belt and Road Plans for Australia face veto as Prime Minister Scott Morrison is seeking new powers to veto or scrap agreements that state governments reach with foreign powers, in a move aimed at weakening China’s ability to gain influence in the nation through its Belt and Road Initiative. Australia, like many others, is in the midst of a deepening diplomatic spat with China and many other countries are abandoning Xi’s OBOR. While China remains Australia’s largest trading partner, relations have markedly deteriorated since the government in Canberra banned Huawei Technologies Co. from participating in its 5G network and passed a law to stem foreign interference. Also, in April, ties nosedived after Morrison’s government called for an independent probe into the origins of the coronavirus. Quickly, Chinese diplomat told reporters in Canberra that China felt unfairly “singled out” by Australia’s push for the inquiry.
