Humanitarian and Comassionate (HC) applications have better processing than most InLand Applications.
H&C applications are a two stage process and stage one processing is just under 8 months. Stage two processing proving the applicant has ways to support themselves aka working, savings can take 20 months.
Do you realize that P/GP Parent and Grand processing is 26 months (LOL) with 115 thousand applicants to be assesed?
Dual processing of a P/GP application along with a H&C application at the same time. Do you want Mom or Dad to wait a half a year longer when they have great H&C factors
If any kids involved or hardship the applicant or sponsor could face has a very good chance of being approved.
Applicants in the GTA has their stage two applications normally assesed by Niagara Falls BRO.

8 个月WOW Just received an inquiry from annother Counsel who had an InLand Spousal refused because she would not have their child from a previous relationship medically examined. The Counsel through the applicant (Jamaican) had several emails from former lover saying she would not allow child to be medically examined. They even submitted as proof she would not allow the child from emails and a friend ask her directly and again she refused but IRCC ignored the evidence. He has three options to try an overturn this refusal and omly one has a chance of success. FIRST QUESTION I ASKED DID THE SPONSOR OR APPLICANT SEND MONEY TO COVER COST OF MEDICAL EXAM? I don't know! Times are tough in Jamaica and spending approximately $100.00 for a medical exam of your child tat will not help you personnaly is a valid reason to refuse. Roy Kellogg R413103 cvimmigration.com
