Human touch for Responsible AI

Most organisations are trying to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to increase productivity and fundamentally change the manner in which data is used to make business decisions. For this to be seamless and successful, the underlying critical data elements must be measured and managed through the business process or value chain.

Disciplines like enterprise architecture, data architecture, data literacy, data governance, and data quality that were once considered overheads in major projects or programs of work are now fundamental to the success of AI.

The organisations who have been smart enough to invest in foundational data practices, teams and incentivise good data culture reap the benefit of leveraging AI faster and better.

I conclude by drawing a parallel from my favourite Hollywood movie (any guesses?)
