We are seeking to recruit on behalf of our client a HUMAN RESOURCES professional a lead HR business partner who will be based in SAUDI ARABIA on a long-term residential contract.

 

Purpose

Primary responsibility is planning and leading the HR function at the Admin Area level.

Coordinates and delivers HR services to their assigned organization in line with Admin Area management, senior BL/SL management and corporate HR strategies.

 

Experience/Qualifications Required

Degree in Business Management/Business Administration

Degree in Business Management/Human Resources Management

Minimum experience of 10 years

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Implements the organization’s vision and mission ,develops or implements an internal HR strategy that is aligned to the organization’s goals and objectives.

Develops functional requirements of custom HR applications implements HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Makes significant contributions to the development of HR strategy and policies.

Recommends and executes plans related to improving employee engagement in the organization.

Verifies the implementation of existing, Corporate, and departmental HR regulations, legislation and policies.

Recommends innovative approaches, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and HR services performed.

Identifies deviations, advises on personnel issues and helps implement approved solutions.
