In this role, you will report to the Human Resources Manager at our Chardon location.?Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The right candidate will be a strong addition to our already outstanding team and will help to continue our growth for years to come.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

·????????Manage time and attendance processes and records – timecards, PTO, missed time, corrections.

·????????Process new hires, changes, and terminations in the payroll system.

·????????Accrued Wages.

·????????Data entry into payroll/labor management software and spreadsheets.

·????????Audit timekeeping records for compliance with established standards & regulations.

·????????Promptly troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and other payroll issues.

·????????Process 401k and HSA contributions.

·????????Union dues.

·????????1-29 filing.

·????????Assist HR Manager with annual Safety Kickoff Campaign.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

·????????Two plus years of experience within payroll/HR/accounting.

·????????Strong organizational skills with proven record of working in a multi-reporting, teams-based matrixed structure.

·????????Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.?

·????????Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

·????????Experience with a payroll/HRIS software system as well as Microsoft Office.

·????????Drug screen and background check required.
