Human Resource a voice of organization and Peoples

HR plays a key role in connecting the value of human capital to the goals of the company. HR has to deal with people from various backgrounds, level of experience and skills on a day-to-day basis. HR is the bridge between management and their valuable assets. Here are some simple reasons why HR shall be involved in business development:

1.???? HR is only connected with many kinds of people in organization, that they only know what employees are thinking about organization. HR is the only person who is known about management’s decisions and thoughts.

2.???? HR are likely to work on a variety of tasks right from recruiting to training classes to employer branding and so much more.

3.???? There is never one rule for HR activities. Each time it requires new strategies, technologies and skills that you must improve upon.

4.???? HR having an insider view of how the entire organization works.

?Along with that being an HR carries a high emotional intelligence because they have to deal with people which has no thumb rule. In short, if any organisation is having this type of quality HR person then He / She must involve in goals and strategy planning is for you.
