? Non-relevant degree: If your degree is in another field, you must compensate with additional work experience.


2?? Work Experience Requirements ??

?? With a relevant degree: At least three years of HR-related experience, including two years as an HR Manager.

?? With a non-relevant degree: At least five years of work experience, with two years as an HR Manager.

?? Recency of experience: You must have worked as an HR Manager for at least one year in the last five years.


3?? Position & Leadership Requirements ??
