My strength is in using data and analytical tools to drive business growth. Most times #entrepreneurs start their operations without a plan or a strategy. And that’s ok-for a while. However, in order for true growth and success to take place, it requires an understanding of the operational environment- in short, you need to stop working IN your business-and start working ON your business.

WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR BUSINESS READERS TO KNOW ABOUT YOU?

That I’m just like them. I come from many of the same backgrounds, experiences and disadvantages. It’s only when I made the decision that where I started, was not where I would end up-that I “leaned” into my future. And that meant to get there, I had to “build” myself-and become the CEO of my life.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS IN YOUR PROFESSIONAL NICHE?

I’m a #latestageentrepreneur- I went back to school at 40; and acquired 3 Degrees by 50. I also come into this with experiential knowledge, having been a course developer, lecturer and trainer in a global industry. At almost 59, I want to share and serve my “tribe” and help them skip some of the steps that brought me to tears. As a proud, black, strong Caribbean woman, I take up space-and I’m here to help them how to take up “space” as well.
