THEY ARE HUMAN TOO

Many times when in class training, it’s amazing the things I get to hear from participants during and after the class. Sometimes they just like the fact that there is someone to pour out their hearts to. I never fail to notice how eased they are after we talk. Once or twice I tried to get employers to engage their employees more but I hear things like their private life is not my business. Peter Drucker says if you want the job done listen to the people doing it. If they are the ones to get the job done then my friend, they are your business.
