In a realm where technology often dictates our pace and approach, there's a transformative shift underway. A shift towards human-centered design—where solutions are crafted not just around us but with us at their core. ??
This philosophy isn't new, but its application in both the tech industry and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) is gaining unprecedented momentum. Why? Because embedding empathy and understanding into the DNA of our systems can lead to innovations that are not only more impactful but deeply resonant with the people they're meant to serve.
As we navigate this convergence of technology and human-centricity, I'm keen to explore how these principles can foster a more inclusive, effective, and meaningful approach to solving real-world problems. The potential for change is immense, and it begins with putting humanity at the heart of our designs.
As a leader, what would make you choose a more human-centric design for your organization?

How and when and where on technology in both sectors are significant, many regions of the World are still coping with not just integrating, but understanding human centred design. I would say that we need contextualization for this exchange for sure. Western Balkans are still struggling to integrate and understand both technological development and nurturing human centred design. Personally, im trying my best to keep up with technological advancements and still to keep my soul intact and approach people as they are not as i want them to be. Work in progress indeed.
