Human first.
AI implemented in our lives, both professionally and private or leisure might have one thinking that the human resource will be reaped-off their jobs.
However, using AI in a vast range of markets would lead to human employees' specialization, role mastering, and increased position mobility.
Adopting Ai technology must be a human-related decision. An organization should map its roles, tasks, bottlenecks, and obstacles. Once it collects the data, it can choose the most critical spots in which AI would make the most difference, most of these points would likely be repetitive or wearing which could, with AI implementation, be simple and less time-consuming.
In the old days, the saying that "Time is money." was the typical business world thing to say. However, nowadays, it goes deeper than that:
Time is still money, though an excellent, reliable service is what makes an organization grow.
By excellent service, we do not mean just how quickly you receive a quote, or someone answers your call, but by how autonomous a workflow is how involved you, as a customer, need to be in a service you bought, could you rely upon a time frame and an error-free process?
It is human to make mistakes; it is also human to have common sense and to master a task.
Can AI technology exceed that?
AI adapts to new situations fast.
It continually learns and progresses.
It gains tasks specialization.
It suffers little to no wear.
Once a firm decides to use AI, it will not only improve the process and save time but also be able to provide a reliable, stable, dependable service, while the human employees are available to enhance that service with good old human characters, so the experience is better for all: customers, employees and owners.
Whether you are a business owner, a customer, or an employee, AI should be the thing you aspire to, not be frightened of.
Though Artificial, there is quite a lot of Intelligence in the process.
