There is a different way of thinking of "the singularity", perhaps in its lesser mode.
Whit systems that are capable of learning, we can draw an analog from human mentor-mentee relationships.
As the student becomes better at the craft, they need the teacher less and less, until the point when the supervisor instead of adding value, and to being the enabler; becomes a limitation, a hindrance in the flow of things. Shouldn't the teacher get out of the way at that point?
