Human-centric AI - how the leadership style reflects on the topic.
I have heard the conversation several times: AI will do what we want, and there must be a human who controls what AI does!
Aren't you familiar with management, where the leader is the most thoughtful person in the room?
It reminds me of a peer from one of my former workplaces who always surrounded himself with entry-level colleagues.
This reminds me of a continuous quest for colleagues who see their boss as a god!
- O Boss, you are the most brilliant people I have ever met!
I support Steve Jobs's leadership style. If I hire brilliant minds, I don't want to tell them what to do; they will always know what best supports my vision!
The sum of the colleague's capabilities sums up the capability of an organizational unit and a company.
Artificial Intelligence will be the sharpest knife in the drawer. If you use the best and sum multiple of them, your sum vector will beat all your competitors.
So, the decision is yours about your mindset when you think about AI!
Do you still want to control and be the smartest in the room, or do you build your empire on smarter ones than yourself?
Whenever you next participate in a conference about "Human Centric AI."
- Think about it through this lens!
