We’re excited to introduce Adah Odaudu , who recently joined inploi as a Sales Development Representative. Ambitious and eager to grow, Adah thrives in fast-paced environments, so the opportunity to help build inploi during this stage of growth is something he’s especially excited about.

We've asked Adah a few questions to get to know him:

1. Describe yourself in one sentence

I am a young, ambitious man eager to develop my career.

2. What excites you about working at inploi

What excites me about inploi is the fact we're still in our early stages, there's so much more to build and being a part of the building process is exciting.

3. What do you think the biggest game-changer is going to be for talent attraction in 2025?

4. What is your superpower?

My superpower is my coachability and drive. I'm able to learn and implement quickly as well as be pro active to exceed expectations and targets.

5. If there is one thing you can change about the world today, what would it be?

Generosity, we need to be way more generous with our time, love, care, money, wisdom and skills.

6. What’s one skill or hobby you have that people might not expect?

I can rap and sing a little.

7. If you could instantly master any technology or tool, what would it be and why?

If i could master all coding technology, that would be encouraging.

8. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

The first time you do something is always the worst, so don't be discouraged if its horrible.

9. If you could have dinner with any historical or fictional character, who would it be and why?

Jeff Bezos - I want to understand his mindset.

10. What’s a work-related challenge you love solving?

A challenge is having enough info on the companies I'm targeting, it is encouraging going on the hunt and succeeding.
