Human Capital Growth

Human Capital Growth

Human capital, together with other intangible assets, is believed to account for more than half of a company's market value. In a competitive employment market, a sensible human capital management approach, or the lack thereof, might have a visible impact on a company's financial health. More than ever, investors are prioritising capital management strategies in their investments.

Furthermore, worker productivity is directly proportional to their happiness. As a primary driving element in the growth of a business and the economy as a whole, the capability of such human capital comprises economic and social well-being. As a result, a company's human capital must be prioritised, and strategies to promote employee wellbeing in all forms must be explored.
