As you all know by now, I have worked for Sony Europe for many years and most of the time as a leader in various areas (In car navigation systems, AI and Robotics, Communication….). I managed many people and this has helped me also when I created the 26 start-ups I have mentioned several times before. My time at Sony was before the use of AI in every day’s management tasks. So I have tried to transport my experience into what it would be today. I have always believed that AI was around to augment humans. It is made for Humans by Humans. As a navigator myself, I thought we could compare my experience sailing around the world with the ocean of data that our algorithms have to sail though. Today's business environment generates an immense volume of data, presenting both a challenge and an opportunity for leaders.
