A man got hit by gamma radiation and his life was never the same. Apart from fighting the undefeatable radiations, he made every attempt to reconcile with his revised pathology, physiology, psychology, and anatomy.
?Dr. Bruce Banner was hit by gamma radiations, the impact so severe that even the mildest trigger, irritant, or stimulant would trigger his brain’s anatomy and render him into a different person altogether. Dr. Banner had hulk in him, and Hulk carried Dr. Banner alongside. They were inseparable, they were the same and yet very different.
?Hulk smashed, thrashed, and wreak havoc on anything he could lay his hands on, it included buildings, people, and relationships, till he got hit by Thanos. His ego shattered, and his green was rendered useless.
?So, it took a man with anger issues, a grave serious tragedy like Thanos, and stab at his green-tempered egoistic self to recoil, settle, reconcile, and calm down.
?Did he become Bruce ever again, No of course Not? He just learned to live with his hulk peacefully.
?Do one thing… take a deep breath and accept the fact that we all have anger issues. We all do. We are all in our heads rational, logical, and the Dr. Banner of our lives. However, the dark reality is that a small irritant, stimulant, trigger, past insecurities, or the present malaise carries the potential to bring out the hulk in us.
?Like the hulk, it doesn’t take much for us to lose ourselves. Some are visibly lost in their anger while some rot within. We all rot in our anger, in the rage in our sad ways.
?The gamma radiations are all around us and we are desperate to fight them, deny their presence or put ourselves through various experiments to undo the damage they might have caused.
?Yes, you can look at parenting, and social conditioning, yes you can blame it on how you got bullied, how and where you grew up, with whom you grew up, how your parents brought you up, and how you had to fight for yourself, how there was exploitation and many other such reasons which justify the gamma radiations and the validates the existence of the perpetually angered self.
It won’t work.
?Any psychobabble or to put it more analytically – the psychoanalytical process won’t work. They just won’t.

?Anger is the emotion of the past that is screwing up your presence. It doesn’t matter where it comes from, the fact is your hulk is messing up your current reality.
?Hence don’t look behind, don’t look at the radiations, and don’t hate yourself for carrying the hulk.
?Stand up to your hulk and call the game out. Stop feeling helpless and stop being a puppet at the hands of your anger, stop romanticizing it and stop using it to aggrandize your self-image. And for god sake stop dreaming about a life without the hulk, without this temper.
?The sooner you accept the whole you, the complete you, the sooner you will reconcile with the new you.
You are not a king anymore and hence you can’t thump your chest and scare the enemy. You might be carrying a hulk within, but you won’t turn green and then sometimes use it to save the world.
?Yes, you can use it to channel yourself, attach it to the cause, and use the energy constructively. If you still don’t get it then wait till you meet your Thanos. Wait till that relationship, friend, or spouse turns his or her back, wait till they surrender and give up because they can’t take your green anymore.
?It’s just a matter of time. Our hulk is self-destructive, either you deal with it now or wait for your time. But the time shall come.
?Tik Tok Tik Tok!
?Like the fool asked a wise man “what do I do with my anger?
The wise man paused for a while and said “Exactly what you do with fire if it’s too risky you douse it else you use it!

2 年Well said Ankit Jhamb, it's so important to process emotions and let them be instead of tagging them as positive or negative. With awareness & acceptance comes real empowerment.
