Hugs as Technology: Be courageous and take a load off your mind. Relax with me and do a sincerely excellent happiness exploration with me. This is kind of what like slowly Hugging yourself is like, and what it’s like to get a slow Hug from someone else. But what kind of maniac actually considers a Hug to be technology? (Isn’t technology something that is electric and scientific?)

  • Yes, it’s possible to make your stress, confusion, mental or physical pain, and energy intensity lower, on-demand, even when you are alone.
  • You can use this technology when you wake up, during your workday, as you’re cleaning, waiting in traffic, or trying to fall asleep.
  • This transformative technology can also work well when others are involved and is at no cost to you. You know what I’m saying: the technology is a Hug.

Most of us are in need and craving physical relief from our daily reality. Hugging robots are not a thing yet. But you’re in luck. Hugs are free and they can work relatively fast. A Hug can work when either a loving person stops to acknowledge you, OR EVEN IF YOU’RE ALONE. Whenever you stop to acknowledge yourself and receive a hug, you can gain temporary relief from the harshness of life. Hugs are also cool because they most often tend to regulate your breathing and heart rate, even if you don’t notice it.

Tips For the Best Outcomes:

  • Taking 20-30 seconds to hold the Hug, is the actual minimum time your brain and body need to register it. Then your brain and body will unlock and release your brain's natural relaxation chems, and you'll feel the warm and fuzzy safety and appreciation sensations.
  • There are even more options, too! You can also hold your Hugs for long as you want, change the places on your body where you hold yourself (behind neck, on shoulder, on your lats).
  • And, you can even change the amount of pressure that you hold yourself with.
