Today, I want to give a huge shout out to all #jobseekers!

I know what a job means..

It helps you pay your bills, fund your interests, get you recognition and respect in society, and the right one can bring you fulfilment and job satisfaction.

#jobhunting can be really EXHAUSTIVE, and can easily create mess and chaos in your head.

And it's pretty easy to appear desperate. But that's not what you wanna do.

Because if you won’t respect yourself, no one else will..?

Not even your recruiters and interviewers.

Just remember:

When you take the right route, things can dramatically change for you.

So, what is the right route?

Don’t ever lose your dignity as a jobseeker. You may be jobless, but you’re never worthless.

Never depend on job sites or job boards. Use strategic and targeted networking instead.

Customise your resume for each job role you apply for.

And if you are just shooting in the dark, and applying for any and every job position in your industry, then that’s not gonna work.

So, be selective about your job applications.

Be yourself during job interviews.

It’s great to be imperfect but authentic. You are the most confident when you are not trying to be someone that you are not.

“Know your worth”.

This is the most precious advice that anyone can ever give you. Believe in yourself.

And never sell yourself short.

You have invested a long time studying and gaining experience. Value all you know. Don’t take yourself for granted.

So, mindset and energy are two most important elements of any #jobsearch process.?

You may be having the best education and work experience, but if your self worth is not aligned with the job role that you’re looking for, it’s not going to work.

So, it’s about 80% mindset + energy work, and only 20% strategy and actual application process.
