This is a huge opportunity for every college student

The highlight of my holiday for sure was my daughter's return from studying abroad in Namibia. It was a transformational experience for her both academically and personally.

Her cohort was a small group of 5 that lived, took classes, ate and traveled together for 4 months.?

She was challenged to step out of her comfort zone many times over and grew from the experience.

As a student at Oberlin College, she will be traveling to Gambia and Senegal in the next few weeks with classmates during their winter term. There's nothing like the opportunities to study abroad during college!

Most of my clients are interested in study abroad programs in college and that's exciting to see. As they consider those options, I always mention how those goals may influence their major choices and their college list.

Is your teen interested in studying abroad?

The Compass team helped my family with the whole process from assessing what schools would be the best fit to walking through all my essays whether they be supplemental or for scholarships. They help take the pressure off of a family's shoulders and genuinely guides their student to collegiate success. Without the Compass team’s assistance, I would've struggled through the admissions process and possibly would not be attending or receiving scholarships.
