We’ve been doing our research! It’s always important for us to know what both employers and employees really want when they're looking for new office spaces, so we thought we’d share the results from some of our recent surveys.

• 55% of workers prefer working from the office, ahead of working from home or a hybrid solution.

• 83% favourite office amenity is an onsite gym or wellness space. Here are some London spaces that include a gym.

• 94% of employees want a pet friendly office ?? Time to look into an option that works for your team?

We beat 2022 in 2023
