Huge endometriosis nodule of low rectum, parametrium and vagina - full time excision

The movie presents full time excision of deep endometriosis nodule infiltrating the low rectum, vagina and parametrium.

The patient also benefited from excision of a large umbilical nodule.

Due to large nodule's size, we failed to perform the large disc excision and ultimately carried out 7 cm-short low rectal resection.

The movie is of interest to those colleagues who wish to improve their skill in the challenging management of large rectovaginal nodules.

This was my last procedure performed with my fellows Atanas and Moshe.
