Surgery performed in Bordeaux, with Pr Prashant Mangeschikar, during the Indian Workshop.

The surgery concerns a voluminous endometriosis with occlusion of the high rectum and sigmoid colon on 5-6 cm length.

Professor Roman thank you for another great video! Why would you prefer to do disc excision at 5 cm from anal verge if your randomized study showed similar risks of fistula and leak?
